Halo Online: Video Preview

Apart from a couple of mobile ports, the last time a “reliable” Halo was launched from Windows was already eight years ago, and suddenly Halo Online decisively and uncompromisingly burst into the closed beta testing stage, the announcement of which at the end of March puzzled the international community of experienced Spartans, because the game was promised only to Russians, only on PC, and generally for free. What emerges from this at this stage – see our video preview.

I’m very happy for the "first-class platform", but I can’t, won’t and won’t play a stick shooter.

Yes, we exist like that.

“We will release all Halo games on PC except Halo 1, 2, 3, 4 and Reach.” (AND DESTINY), enjoy one of the best tactical shooters on the planet while playing strategy and mobile games"

With love, Microsoft

If, As you say, I played Halo on maximum difficulty, then your question is even more unclear to me. On this difficulty, you need to take cover not periodically, but constantly, and also constantly change positions, because otherwise the enemies will simply surround you or throw grenades at you. It is also important to correctly use the advantages of this or that weapon, because there is simply no ideal one. It’s tactical because you can’t get through it, the opponents always outnumber the player in numbers and firepower, and besides that, they have excellent AI, in no way inferior to that in F.E.A.R.

Well, you’re talking a little bullshit. No one is talking about the fact that Halo online is a triple A project, everyone should buy it urgently. If the game finds its user in the niche of online shooters, then why not?? I played the first Halo on PC in 2010 with only multiplayer and was very pleased with the game.

I would also like to note https://grosvenors-casino.uk/ that before I saw the gameplay video I was very skeptical about the game. Yes, the engine may be from the 3rd part, but it has been redesigned quite a lot. I was personally very pleased seen motion (I haven’t played it myself yet) as in the 4th part.

The Halo series sells Xbox, it was with the first box, and with the 360, and with the ONE. For this reason, Mikes will not release a full-fledged Halo on PC. However, they only released multiplayer, with an f2p distribution system (which is the most popular on PC – MMO. And what is the most popular distribution system for them – f2p). So the Mikes’ action is quite logical.

You’re confusing me, I’m going to buy a PS4 for Uncharted 4. Just like I once bought a PS3 for Heavy Rain and Uncharted 1-3.

About “Boxing” I only jokingly assumed the possibility, because I’m not interested in anything there at all, besides Halo.

And calling these excuses is at least strange. I’m not ashamed to make excuses.

And you set the difficulty higher than normal, and you will understand.

I thought Mikhail Naritsa, for example, would make a preview of the game with the postscript “Online”. And then the editor-in-chief himself took up this matter 0_0. Thanks for the preview

Well, you’re so tight then? Well, some people, like me, don’t like playing on unnatural devices. Does it bother you? Do you want to prove to everyone that you are right?? Then I have bad news for you, you need treatment..

Isn’t this a plus for whiners?? You can’t just go out and buy yourself victory forever. "The donor must suffer!"And is forced to buy/renew constantly.

Why would this be? Everyone knows: time is money. If a person does not want to waste his time on progress, but can afford to purchase any thing, then why not? But why should this thing cost 1/6 of a full game, and be given for a while, if it paid for her? Where is the sane politics here?? Why then aren’t full-fledged games “rented” in this way?? Like: “buy Halo 5 for 4k rubles for a month, and if you haven’t managed to complete it or play enough multiplayer, buy it again”. It’s the same thing, just on a different scale. So this is objectively a minus of the game. Such a fat minus.

Well, Maeby outshone me on that stream. In fact, what we have is? Nothing. More precisely, we don’t have anything similar to Xbox in my house. )

And there is no nonsense here, this is a criterion of comfort. Consciously denying yourself the opportunity to watch a film on the big screen in a cinema is nonsense? If for the sake of the screen, let’s say, ok. And if a person has a huge plasma at home and there is no opportunity to go to the cinema late in the evening on a weekday, and on weekends there is inevitably a chewing crowd and crying children? Not nonsense, but a completely conscious decision to postpone viewing and watch it at home in comfort without much loss. A detailed but illustrative example. I don’t deny myself pleasure because I won’t get it.

Every New Year I make a wish that people would stop calling every video in a row reviews. There is no Santa Claus, it seems. 8(

And on the topic: I’m not particularly good at multiplayer, free-to-play and other things, but it just so happened that at one time I was really sick of Halo, so this is a special case for me – I immediately took aim at the video preview. And yes, I expected much less from the game – so it’s fair to say that I was surprised.

Your words are a complaint against f2p. And Halo: Spartan Assault and Halo: Spartan Strike are really a stub for PC, not a free stub for PC.

Just because the choice was made for you, doesn’t mean others don’t have it. My conscious choice is to be content with the first and second parts on PC, and now also with a separate multiplayer. I gave it a PS3 when I had played enough projects that interested me. Buy another console for the gift prospect, and even for such money? No, I’ll manage somehow, I’ll survive quite well without Halo 3-4-5, especially since there are enough interesting games on Steam – I don’t have time for them.
